Order February 1, 2024 April 6,2024 still a no show. Be advised this comes from China so it takes forever.

I will let you know as soon as I receive it. It was supposed to be a gift. Never received tracking info. Sent 4 emails and no response. Notified credit card company, still nothing. It has been over a month, needed to change the shipping address. Have no idea if it was shipped , even to the wrong address.

My custom painting is beautiful and the quality of the drills are great. The biggest problem I have is that I was short drills for two colors and have not been able to get the additional drills so that I can finish my painting. I have sent emails and left phone messages asking for the additional drills and no one has responded. I've done many diamond paintings and one other custom painting but thought I'd try this site so that I would have more buying options. I sent another email earlier tonite asking for the additional drills and if I do not get a response, I guess I will have to throw out my painting. One thing I know for sure is that I will never use this company again! The other website has better customer service.
